Refund and Return Policy
Refunds for Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If the product is damaged in transit, please send a photo of the damaged goods to email@example.com or call (530) 913-0819 for a refund or a replacement. Refunds are issued within 24-48 hours for damaged items, while replacements are subject to our normal shipping turnaround.
We will accept an item for exchange or return within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns should be sent to Manzanita Craft Company, Attn: Returns, 345 Bennett St #2, Grass Valley, CA 95945. For the best customer experience, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (530) 913-0819 prior to returning the items to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 48 hours.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If you have purchased the item from a brick-and-mortar store or other online retailer, please contact them directly to make a return.
Note: Gift cards and sales items are non-returnable.
